God’s Will Is Prosperity
2-4-19
God’s word is so very powerful. Hebrews 1:3 says that He upholds everything by the word of His power. Nothing exists and sustains itself. It exists because God wills it to be so. You know what else? God wills there to be some things concerning you as well. Things like health, wealth, and peace just to name a few things. He also said if you listen to His commands and obey them, He would make you the head and not the tail; you would always be on top, never on the bottom (Deuteronomy 28:13). You see that? “He” will make you the head and not the tail. “You” don’t have to do it because “He” will do it. Oh, the blessings of obedience! Sounds pretty amazing doesn’t it? Well, you know what? It is true, and God is not a man that He should tell a lie (Numbers 23:19).
Know that it is God’s will that you live a life of prosperity. Understand that prosperity is more than money and “stuff”. There are plenty of people in the world with a whole lot of money but are sick and/or lonely. True prosperity means wealth in you finances, health, and well-being. True prosperity will set you at one again (wholeness) and bring you to completeness in every area of your life, child of God. Problem is so many Christians are not experiencing this promise. We see from scripture what His will is. God’s will is His word. Jeremiah 29:11 in the New Living Translation makes it clear that His will is for “good and not disaster, to give you a future and a hope”. The King James translation says “peace and not evil”. He cares about your welfare which includes food, clothing, shelter, health, protection, and relationships. He cares about every area of your life. Stop believing the lie that God gets glory out of your suffering. Nobody gets glory out of suffering except Satan. Our covenant is a covenant of blessing which means “prosperity”, i.e. wholeness, completeness, nothing missing and nothing broken.
Now, it is up to you to take the word of God and speak it over your life EVERYDAY. Speak it over your family, your finances, your body, your mind, and every other area of your life. God’s word is powerful. Start speaking what “He” has already said and watch your life change for the better.
God bless you.
